Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchases

Booking and Right of Withdrawal

A booking may be cancelled up until payment has been completed.

The right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act does not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Once payment has been made, the customer is bound by the purchase.

Lost tickets will not be replaced.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correctly entered at the time of purchase.

Personal Use

Tickets may only be purchased for personal use and may not be used commercially.

Tickets may not be purchased and/or resold for commercial purposes. Tickets may not be offered in competitions or in connection with other products or services without written consent from Adventuremine and/or the responsible venue/organiser.

If an event has restrictions on the number of tickets per purchase and per customer, the maximum limit may not be exceeded.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

The customer is responsible for checking whether an event or tour has been cancelled or rescheduled. We aim to contact you at least 24 hours in advance.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the customer should contact us immediately.

If there are too few registered participants, a tour may be cancelled. In such cases, we offer the option to rebook for a new event or guided tour.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Service and Distribution Fees

Service and delivery fees are included in the ticket price.

Purchases in Breach of the Terms

Adventuremine reserves the right to cancel a booking or purchase and to suspend a customer account if incorrect information is provided or if the customer breaches or attempts to circumvent the applicable terms.

This includes booking or purchasing more tickets than permitted or purchasing tickets for commercial use.

Adventuremine may decide not to refund the ticket price in such cases.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that user ID and password are stored securely.

Refund Policy

Paid tickets are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

Cancellation protection may be purchased for certain products and allows cancellation or rescheduling within a specified time before the booked activity.

My Bookings

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the booking details are correct and that the ticket has been received in good time before the event starts.

Force Majeure

Adventuremine’s obligations cease if the event is affected by Force Majeure before or during the event.

Force Majeure refers to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to war, riots, terrorism, major outbreaks, fire, flooding, pandemics, strikes, extreme weather, or authority decisions.

Paid tickets will not be refunded in the event of Force Majeure, and there is no obligation to reschedule or offer a replacement event.
