Equipment & Clothing
The temperature in the mine ranges from 0 to 4°C all year round. Dress warmly in layers.
We recommend sturdy and warm shoes. Gloves are mandatory and can be purchased at the reception.
You may bring a small backpack for extra clothing and personal belongings.
Refund Policy for Event Tickets
There is no statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing event tickets, regardless of how the purchase is made.
