- Validity: The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Usage: The gift card is redeemed online in our webshop.
- Booking: A booking must be made within the validity period (12 months). The experience itself may take place after the expiry date, but the booking must be made before the gift card expires.
- Rebooking/cancellation: Rules for rebooking and cancellation are set by each individual experience and shown during booking.
