Adventuremine in Tuna Hästberg is looking for Guides!
Working as a guide at Adventuremine is no ordinary job. Our guided tours are the core of our business, and we offer everything from easier walking tours and adventures to advanced special tours requiring specialised skills. We also organise larger events such as live performances, corporate events and fire shows.
With more than 20 km of dry tunnels and chambers, underground lakes and deep shafts, the mine is our workplace. Helmet, headlamp and harness are part of our standard equipment, as we often work up to 85 metres below ground. The job includes exciting encounters with visitors from all over the world, great colleagues and varied tasks.
Our business is developing rapidly, which means that if you work with us, you should be open to change and be part of the development. Adventuremine is certified by Nature’s Best Sweden and works actively for sustainable tourism. Our visitors consistently give us top ratings – 10 out of 10 on Tripadvisor, Google and Facebook.
We are now looking for additional hourly/project-based guides. This position is ideal to combine with studies or another job.
Requirements
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are comfortable speaking in front of larger groups (approx. 16 people).
- You are careful and follow safety regulations.
- You are fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and fluent in English.
- You hold a driving licence and have access to your own car.
- You are proactive and willing to work hard.

- Positive, service-minded and enjoy handling multiple tasks at once.
- Interested in mines, history or geology.
- Interested in outdoor life or urban exploration (UE).

- Comfortable working independently in a team (we always work in pairs).
It is a plus if you also
- Speak additional languages (especially German is in demand).
- Have experience working in a cashier role or other service professions.
- Have training in high-rope courses, SRT, or experience in cave/mine rescue.
Working hours, salary and application
Employment type: Hourly employment.
Salary: Starting salary 150 SEK/hour.
After approved training 170 SEK/hour.

Sauna Master at Adventuremine – Hourly Position
Working at Adventuremine is no ordinary job. Our Lady of the Mine Sauna Ritual is a unique experience nearly 100 metres below ground. With more than 20 km of dry tunnels, underground lakes and deep shafts, safety, hospitality and precision form the foundation of everything we do.

The Role
As a Sauna Master, you prepare and conduct sauna rituals according to our concept, with focus on safety, quality and guest experience. You work closely with adventure guides in a tight-knit team.
The position is well suited to combine with studies or other employment, with flexibility in scheduling.

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct sauna rituals, including heating, scent blends and music.
- Report/invoice working hours and manage inventory.
- Participate in annual rescue drills and CPR training.
Requirements
- You are 18 years or older.
- Comfortable leading groups of up to 14 people.
- Confident in following routines and safety regulations.
- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English.
- Driving licence and access to your own car.
- Proactive and punctual.
Merits
- Additional languages, especially German or Dutch.
- Previous experience conducting sauna rituals.
- Acting training.
Salary
Fixed fee per 4-hour ritual: 2280 SEK (3120 SEK when invoicing).
Other work compensated at 190 SEK/hour or 260 SEK/hour when invoicing.
